Please note major restoration works are to be commenced shortly on the main house. During these works visitors will not have access to the exterior of the homestead, we apologise for any inconvenience. However, visitors can still visit Fernhill Estate to experience the Fernhill Walking Trail. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Essential information
- Access to the site with close at 3pm to allow visitors to access the site before closure at 4pm.
- The walking trail includes stairs and uphill sections. Wear enclosed walking shoes and have a good level of fitness.
- Wheelchair access is limited in some areas of the property and tours. Please contact us in advance Monday to Friday on (02) 9895 7500 to discuss your requirements.
- Parking and toilets are available on the site.
- Bring your own food and drinking water as there is no on-site catering. No alcohol is permitted.
- There are 6 picnic tables available for the public to utilise
- Please take away all your rubbish.
- Sorry, no dogs.
