School bookings

We offer a wide selection of bookable sites ideal for school picnics, excursions and small events. All picnic sites in Parramatta Park and Western Sydney Parklands have a covered area or ‘shelter’. 

• Read our school and vacation care use policy before making a booking. It contains important information about holding excursions and outings at Parramatta Park and Western Sydney Parklands with the safety of students and staff in mind. 
• All schools and vacation care groups wishing to conduct an excursion in the park must book a shelter for the group. 
• If the size of your group is more than the capacity of a shelter, complete a school excursion application form (PDF 150 KB) and email it to [email protected]. 
• Attach all relevant paperwork to your application, including a certificate of currency for public liability insurance, this needs to be included when booking a shelter as well.
