Give your child the chance to explore the fascinating world of insects these school holidays with our 2-hour outdoor program!

They'll investigate why some bugs are brightly coloured while others blend in, discover how bees see, and learn about the wonders of invertebrates.

Through bug hunts, nature walks, and hands-on activities like creating an insect hotel and insect-inspired art, your child will gain a deeper understanding of the important role insects play in our ecosystem.

Activities include:

Eye-opening nature walk focusing on the role of insects in the environment

  • Bug hunting
  • Nature games and art activities
  • Learn how to make cordage and create your insect hotel
